Simply complete and submit the “refer a friend” form and
your gift certificate will be sent to you upon receipt of your referrals
Participant Agreement and full Program Fee.
(Note: “refer a friend form” must be submitted prior to referrals initial interview.)

“Advance Bookings”
Book a program (six) 6 months or more in advance and receive
10% off your Total Program Fee!
(Note: Full Program Fee and Participant Agreement must be received 6 months prior to program start date.)

“Multiple Programs”
Book more than one (1) program at the same time and receive
10% off the first program fee AND
15% off each consecutive program fee!
(Note: Bookings must be made simultaneously.)
