DECLARATION: I understand that the APPLICATION FEE ($175 USD) must be submitted within three (3) calendar days following date of "Acceptance Letter". No action will be taken to further process a Program Application until this fee is confirmed. Application Fee is non-refundable and will be deducted from Total Program Fee due.

TOTAL PROGRAM FEE (less Application Fee) must be submitted along with Participant Agreement, within ten (10) calendar days following submission of Application Fee and is subject to GYO Cancellation Policy. (*Note: In the event Application/Total Program Fee and/or Participant Agreement are not received within 10 days following the date of acceptance letter, applicant will forfeit their program participation.)

I understand that, in some cases, the processing time to secure a suitable position for my program may be up to four (4) months and understand that GYO does not guarantee placement prior to this period of time. I also understand that a "Rush" charge of $150 USD will be assessed for programs booked less than 45 days prior to programs start date. This "Rush" charge is over and above the noted Program Fee and is non-refundable.

In the event that I decide to purchase an airline ticket to the host country prior to a position being confirmed, I will be responsible for any and all charges that may be incurred due to changes and/or cancellations that may arise.

I further declare that all my statements on this form are true and I recognize that any false declaration on my part, or submission of documents which I know to be inaccurate, may result in the forfeiture of my place in the program, with no refund of application or program fees paid, or of any consequential expenditure. I agree to abide by all Global Youth Opportunity, Inc., Host Employer/Association and Receiving Organization program rules, policies and procedures.

In addition, I understand that I am personally responsible for securing the necessary work/travel/visa documents to participate in this program, prior to departure from my home country, and I know of no reason why I would be refused a visa for the country I am going to as part of the Global Youth Opportunity program. In the event I fail to secure the necessary legal work/travel/visa documents prior to departure, I understand that I may be required to return to my home country to secure such documents and GYO will not be held financially or professionally responsible for such expenses or delays in my program.

Global Youth Opportunity, Inc. reserves the right to reject any application which is not deemed to be in the best interests of the program.
