  1. Interview is conducted to determine participation and placement.  The Interview Process determines if the selected program is really what the applicant is looking for, and if the applicant has a realistic idea/down to earth expectation regarding the placement; in addition to reviewing the participants work experience, goals and ability to represent IIVN with the utmost professionalism.  (*Note:  In some cases, additional interviews may be required by the "Host Country Receiving Organization" and/or the "Host Employer/Association.”)

  1. Within 1-3 days following initial interview, applicant will receive an email confirmation of our decision regarding their acceptance into a IIVN program.

  1. Applicants who are accepted, must submit their "Application Fee" ($175 USD) within three (3) calendar days following date of the "Acceptance Letter" to secure their participation.  No action will be taken to further process an application until this fee is confirmed.

  1. Within ten (10) calendar days following submission of "Application Fee", participant submits the Total Program Fee (less Application Fee) and a  "Participant Agreement".  Upon receipt of these items, placement opportunities are coordinated to determine the most suitable "Host Employer/Association" and position for the participant.  Specific opportunities and details are forwarded to participant as they are confirmed.  (*Note: in some instances, placements may take from 4-6 months to secure.)

  1. Two completed Applicant Referral Forms and a recent Photo of Applicant must be submitted within 10 days following submission of Participant Agreement and Total Program Fee.

  1. IIVN assists participant with information regarding securing necessary legal work authorization/travel/visa documents and travel arrangement options.

  1.  Program details will be forwarded to participant as they are confirmed.  Final details including contact information and specific job duties are typically confirmed and provided approx. 4 weeks prior to participants scheduled start date.
